Movement started for Stanis at the age of three in various dance genres. As a movement coach Stanis can incorporate classical dance moves in with her yoga routines and adapts well to groups and their level of need. The collaboration of yoga poses, pranayamas (the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises) and conditioning exercises Stanis will have you strengthen and stretching your bodies in ways you never imagined.
Stanis’ educational background in sports medicine guides her to innovative safe ways to move. Her love for the body in it’s unquiness has her striving for different techniques of release. Myofasical release is her specialty, as well as the science of breathing and mediation, which has the power to release the mind and encourage energy flow.
